Elon Musk seems to be in trouble again as 6 more women files lawsuit against Tesla for sexual harrasment

According to what Washington Post has reported, six women have filed sexual abuse lawsuits against one of the giant manufacturers in the electric vehicle industry – Tesla.

This isn’t the first time that Tesla female workers are alleging sexual abuse while working for Tesla. Six women who filed the lawsuit worked at Tesla’s Fremont, California service center and factory, filed the suit just after a month when two other women filed lawsuits accusing the same allegations.

All six women file lawsuits separately in the California Superior Court Alameda County, alleging that they have been working in a sexual harassment culture in their workplace.

The lawsuits say that the male co-workers at the company make lewd comments frequently pointing towards their bodies and clothing styles. The abusive behavior including inappropriate touching and catcalling are experienced repeatedly by many of the female workers.

Some women and female workers began wearing baggy clothes to hide their bodies. A worker, Jessica Brook claimed that she had to tie her flannel shirt at her waist to escape the harassment she was expecting to face for her backside.

One of the six women who filed a lawsuit told the post that “everything got worse” once the Model Y was announced, and Tesla CEO Elon Musk tweeted “S3XY,” an acronym referencing the Model S, 3, X, and Y.

However, the founder of the company Elon Musk also found cracking out some jokes mentioning ‘420’ and ‘69’ and other content making technicians get worse.

As the reports of the lawsuits made a public appearance, Elon Musk tweeted to Elizabeth Warren, US Senator on Wednesday; “You remind me of when I was a kid and my friend’s angry Mom would just randomly yell at everyone for no reason.”

He was responding to the tweet of a US Senator which states “Let’s change the rigged tax code so The Person of the Year (Musk) will actually pay taxes and stop freeloading off everyone else.”

Musk attached a 2019 article from Fox News with the title “Elizabeth Warren is a fraud – Her lies about being Native American disqualify her from the presidency”

He replied further, “Please don’t call the manager on me, Senator Karen,”

Attorney of the six women David A. Lowe partner at Rudy Exelrod Zieff & Lowe says “Elon Musk tweeting a lewd comment about women’s bodies or a taunt toward employees who report misconduct reflects an attitude at the top that enables the pattern of pervasive sexual harassment and retaliation at the heart of these cases.”
